Data we collect

What you write in the forms on this site: name, company, email, phone, information about the cargo you want to import and any files you attach. In the client portal, also your user data and your company's shipment data.

What we use it for

To answer your request, prepare quotes, schedule meetings, provide the contracted service, give you access to the portal and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data or use it for other purposes without your authorization.

Who we share it with

With the third parties needed to provide the service (carriers, customs brokers, hauliers, insurers and technology providers), under a duty of confidentiality.

Your rights

To know, update and rectify your data, request proof of the authorization, know how it has been used, revoke the authorization and request deletion when there is no legal duty to keep it, and file complaints with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio.

How to exercise them

Write to comercial@savalogisticscolombia.com with your name, your ID and your request. Queries are answered within 10 business days and claims within 15 business days, as established by Law 1581 of 2012.

Validity

This policy is in force from its publication. Data is kept for as long as the business relationship lasts and for the time required by law.
